But if you want to distribute on Linux ( or any other platform) you
can't beat Mark's Citrus and Cava. Work beautifully together.

Do you use Citrus Perl on Linux too? I don't because there is already a
Perl there.
So I use a manual install on Linux, but Citrus on Windows.
So Linux is where I use tricks and stuff.
