What Xserver are you using on Windows? The next x2goclient version will ship with vcxsrv (can be downloaded from SourceForge). The x2goclient-3.0.1.18 (current version) allows you to configure the Xserver to run with x2goclient. Install VcXsrv manually and select its usage in the client settings of x2goclient.
