I have not added any such thing, because all the modern RPM distros
(that matter) use systemd where there is no concept of runlevels :->

Does your wiki not have a History function (like Mediawiki) where you
can check who put it there? If not, it's probably time to look for a
new wiki SW.

The information got lost during the wiki migration (to much copy+paste+delete of wiki pages when restucturing the wiki tree).

The false info has been removed from that page now.
