[xalan-c] building xalan-c with ICU support on HP-UX 11.23 IA64

Hello folks,   I'm trying to build xalan-c 1.8.0 with ICU support on HP-UX 11.23 IA64, using GCC, but w/o success. Is it anybody who build xalan-c on HP-UX, using GCC?   Any suggestions/help is appreciated.   Plamen
