I'll just second what Dmitry has stated. The trunk has been pretty stable, and there's no reason to use Xalan-C 1.10 and go through the hacks to get the solution/project files to work with VS2005.

Also, I'm finishing up some work to add Windows x64 configurations to the VS2005 project files, so building 64-bit executables will be possible soon.
