That's where the mysterious Xalan version 1.3 'p' comes from - didn't someone ask a question about that earlier? Hey, I wish you guys (meaning some nebulous people at Sun) would let us know exactly how you repackage Xalan to go into JDK 1.4, so we will know how to figure out which version is which. It might even be nice if you updated the EnvironmentCheck code (both the JDK 1.4 version and the CVS version) to know which one is actually included in various JDK 1.4 extension directories... >...
