xalan.jar in 2.2 D7 not up-to-date?

Hi,

It seems that the xalan.jar that is in the 2.2_D7 that I downloaded last
week is not in synch with the source code.

In particular, it seems not to contain the fix of bug 2642. Recompiling
from source fixes the problem, but it is a very frustrating search for a
NullPointerException in DTMNodeIterator if the bug is present in the .jar
but not in the source :-(
