Hi,
the attached patch corrects a mixed-up argument
order when calling SourceLoader.loadSource from
Import and Include classes in XSLTC. The base
and href arguments were swapped. This may fix
some of the imports/includes bugs filed against
XSLTC on nagoya.apache.org, but I don't know,
I haven't run those tests.
