problem downloading Xalan-C_1_3-win32.zip

Hi, 
        When trying to download Xalan-C_1_3-win32.zip, it freezes at 99%
(using IE).  I looked and found the temp file, but it's not valid.  Please
let me know when this problem is fixed ok?
