I just downloaded the distribution and checked it with WinZIP.  There were
no problems.

You may have some issue with your connection that's causing the problem.

Hi,
             When trying to download Xalan-C_1_3-win32.zip, it freezes at
99%
(using IE).  I looked and found the temp file, but it's not valid.  Please
let me know when this problem is fixed ok?
