This bug has been outstanding for a while now, and it may be incorrectly
classified as part of the SQL Extension. The problem is in the way the Iterator
handles DTM document that it thinks are in Doc order. I believe the previous
response was that this was to be covered in document pruning. Also this same
bug seems to be reoccurring, it has been fixed several times before
I know (knew) where the problems is but I am sure that I will break something else
fixing the SQL extension. Any takers on helping with the problem ??
