Invalid results from xsl:attribute with Docbook XHTML transform

Jouni,
One is always free to generated invalid XML. An XSLT processor does not take 
that freedom away. So output XML that is invalid does not imply a bug in the 
processor.  But I must admit that a missing attribute name and an empty 
attribute value don't look good.

I started looking at the the 1.62.0 set of stylesheets you point to.  There are 
about 1500 files in there.  Which one is the primary stylesheet to kick it all 
off?
