Cool.  There is a python script in the committers module that automates

     I should have said so in my note, but given that it's possible that 
we won't actually manage to get the release out before the end of 
February, I was thinking that we should try to move to the 2.0 license 
now.  That way, we won't be left scrambling at the last minute if the 
release slips into March.
