Transformation leads to random SAXParseException (data not bounded properly) when
stressed

I am attaching a zip file that contains 100 XML files, the XSLT and a Java
program that uses the XSLT to transform each file once for each of 10 threads.
There is a shell script, run_unix.sh that sets up the output directory, runs
the transformations, and then compares the output files from each thread. When
I run the test from my laptop, the output from each thread is the same. When I
run the test on a quad processor ES450, some of the output files don't match.
