We are facing a Memory Leak issue on our OTM Webserver because of this issue.
BEA Support suggested to upgrade Xalan version to 2.7 but our software OTM
(Oracle Transportation Management) is not supporting higher version than Xalan
2.4.1.
1) The patch on Xalan 2.7 is not compatible with 2.4.1
2) OTM will not work with any other version of Xalan (at the
moment) other than 2.4.1 due to a dependency on the class
org.apache.xalan.xlstc.runtime.DefaultSAXOutputHandler which was removed as of
2.5.x
3) I am not sure if DefaultSAXOutputHandler will work with the
latest Xalan.

this Api was delivered by BEA in Jrockit product ,
then , I will be able to open a support case with Apache to handle that.
