Let me give you a belated "Thank you" for your contributions, and my apologies for the lack of action on submitted patches. I have been trying the past few months to spend a little bit more time on this project than I've been able to for the past couple of years - recent project pressures at work have eased a bit. I do plan to look at your recent revised patch for XALANJ-2438 - I should be able to make some time within the next two weeks. As for XALANJ-2439, I looked at your patch earlier this week, and it seems reasonable, but I'm still a bit worried about it - I'm trying to see whether I can come up with a scenario where it would release the DTM representation of the result-tree fragment prematurely. Again, I will try to act on this one within the next two weeks.
