The XALANC-709 and XALANC-711 should be ready for committing to the SVN. See the README.txt file added to issue XALANC-711. The doxygen configuration sources along with the README.txt file are in the zip file associated with JIRA (XALANC-711).
The Xalan-C++ API Programmer's Reference can be properly created in a private working copy of the XALANC SVN without impacting the SVN integrity. I still am not a registered ASF member, but wish ASF membership. I therefore do not have permissions to commit chages to the SVN repository. I will still try to maintain XALANC even if the project gets moved to the ASF ATTIC (UGH!). I am still working on the Xalan-C++ User's Guide (Project Web Pages). The prototype for web page composition is working well. The pages integrate well with this rework of the Xalan-C++ API Programmer's Reference Manual.
