I resolved the JIRA issue XALANC-709 as fixed. The Xalan-C/C++ API
Reference
Manual web pages can now be created without fatal error against the
CurrentSVN.
Thanks for all who worked at getting the reformed XALAN PMC team to
commit patches to the repository.
I now have posted new doxygen configurations to JIRA XALANC-713 for creating
the Xalan-C/C++ API Reference Manual web pages. The created web pages
occupy about 260-300 megabytes of disk. The API web pages also integrate
with new Xalan-C/C++ project web pages posted to JIRA XALANC-712 for review.
You need a Unix or Linux system with doxygen and graphviz (dot) programs
in order to generate the API Reference Manual web pages.

I can see it's working now. Just got a commit through for one of
Steven's patches.
Checking "list_unix_group.pl xalan" I can see that everyone else has
been added too. Thanks to whomever did that.
