In some cases, its possible to get a comboBox's listBox to display completely
outside of the browser.
- resize the browser window to just below a comboBox - opening the listBox will
cause it to display past the bounds of the browser
- place a comboBox at the very bottom of the browser - same behavior
The correct behavior is to have the listBox display above the comboBox if the
comboBox is near the bottom boundary of the browser window.
