problem in data logging or in packet mode, try the latest CVS code.
It should be fixed.
I've got an ultimeter 500, and I seem to remember having a problem a few
years ago when I first set it up. I think it was an issue of the code
overwriting the data, instead of the prefix bytes of that field. I know I
corresponded with you at the time, and I thought you incorporated the fix
into the source tree a long time ago...
My installation is on another computer out in the shack, so I'll have to
check it tomorrow when I'm out there again.
