All of mine that run Xastire are 32-bit installations, but I think the programmers have pretty well squashed any 64-bit problems. Right Curt?
All of the nasty bugs we know about, yea. There are a few compile-time warnings that you'll get on a 64-bit machine though, which I get all the time now 'cuz my main two machines that I run Xastir on are 64-bit OpenSuSE-11.1 machines. One of my sons just compiled Xastir tonight on his 64-bit machine as well and asked me about those very warnings. The current state of the CVS version is that it runs nicely on 64-bit. Earlier versions will crash with 64-bit CPU's if you do an RAC lookup of a callsign. -- Curt, WE7U. archer at eskimo dot com http://www.eskimo.com/~archer Lotto: A tax on people who are bad at math. - unknown Windows: Microsoft's tax on computer illiterates. - WE7U.
