From my personal experience the Keyspan USB to serial devices work the best on Macs as a few other (cheaper) adapters don't always work on Mac's.

Fortunately an FTDI device on OS X is the sanest of all USB/RS232 devices and drivers on any operating system I've dealt with; the device special file name is based on the unique serial number of the device. Doesn't matter when or where you plug it in, it's always the same name. -Jason kg4wsv _______________________________________________ Xastir mailing list [email protected] http://lists.xastir.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/xastir _______________________________________________ Xastir mailing list [email protected] http://lists.xastir.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/xastir
