Hello to the list. This is my first time to email such a list server in over 20 years. So any help would be great. I am looking for details maps beyond OSM which are still under development in major cities in Indonesia. The terrain maps for details on them. These are for search and rescue and assessing region areas damages in future events. I am looking at the worse scenario with only ham radio packet Xastir in limited region and no internet or HP to use.
I have been looking at pilot maps of the region that are free since this organization is a NGO of mostly volunteers. The Government of Indonesia one main map agency has limited online maps of such. The best picture would be maps already created so I don't have to reinvent the wheel. The next expanded regions would be South East Asia.
