Are you sure the IGate that was gating your messages is still on-line
and that VA3IDF-14 was "recently" heard "local" to that IGate?
Can you send messages to an APRS-IS station?
Have you tried sending messages to an RF station that is known to be
within good coverage of a message-transmitting IGate?
