Peter, If it has been more than six months since you last updated Cygwin, I would recommend that you do the complete ./bootstrap;./configure;make clean;make;make install sequence to rebuild Xastir. Some of the recent Cygwin changes involved several changes to a lot of the underlying libraries.
Dave KD7MYC -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Peter Maxfield Sent: Friday, February 02, 2007 19:22 I had been running Xastir successfully for quite some time, about a year. I decided to try some updating. After performing the setup.exe at cygwin and supposedly updating to 6.8.2.0(202), I cannot start Xastir. I type in "Xastir &" in the bash window, but Xastir never starts. _______________________________________________ Xastir mailing list [email protected] http://lists.xastir.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/xastir
