[Xastir] Possible bad wx packets from rotate.aprs.net

Someone/something is messing up. Look at this Station Info list. It is 
for item ILNW2109z.

This object has been floating around Milwaukee and there are no messages 
out in this area.

Somewhere bad data is getting in.
