The xastir mailman server seems to go down for extended periods every so often. Not sure why this is the case, and with no offense meant to the admin of the mailman server, but shouldn't we move it to a server that can get more attention?

Possibilities that have been mentioned are the sourceforge servers or Gerry's server at TAMU. I can also provide mailman service here at UAH.

If we move it to a server that's also used for lots of other lists, it is more like to get problems noticed/resolved in a more timely manner. My own server is down for no more than a few minutes a year (because it is considered critical), and I'd guess it is the least available of the three I mentioned.
