You could always try removing libdb4.5 and libdb4.5-dev and just
installing
libdb4.4-dev. That'd work as long as no other packages depend on
libdb4.5.

Look at that one, as the others aren't the problem. Does it give an
indication of what version of berkely DB it's from?
It says "define db_version_string Berkeley DB 4.5-20
