I _think_ the knoppix xastir live CD/DVD I made did all that, but it's been a while so I could be remembering wrong.
If someone is extremely interested, it's at http://ftp.eng.uah.edu/pub (or ftp://ftp.eng.uah.edu/pub). It's big, so fat pipes only unless you're really interested or really bored.
