In general, when asking for help here, the exact contents of "xxxxxxxxxxxxxx..." are precisely what we need to be able to help you. You need to cut/paste the text into your email, and someone might actually know what it means. In this instance, though, since I run the same OS as you, I was able to guess at the problem from the file where the error is occurring, even without the exact error message (and answer it in a separate post).
