sudo mv /root/.xastir /home/newuser sudo chown -R newuser.newuser /home/newuser/.xastir Bob, N7XY On Oct 11, 2008, at 8:38 AM, Michael Weilbacher wrote:
I installed Xastir binary per the instructions HowTo:Ubuntu/Debian. I started Xastir using the xastir& command. It is up and working more or less but I see all the files and logs are under /root/.xastir See directory listing below. I am somewhat familiar how to copy and change file access under Linux but new to Ubuntu and need some help. Thanks!
