Ah yes...I just saw someone rollerskiing on the UW campus lakeshore
path on Monday...and now this email signaling the beginning of
dryland training. Winter (my favorite season) cannot be far off!
Being a neophyte to dryland training, my only question would be:
is one allowed to have a bier after said training?
