The Madison Nordic Ski Club is hosting an
early season training seminar to get you all psyched for snow. Steve
Myrland, a sports conditioning coach with over 12 years of experience
and owner of Myrland
Sports Training LLC, has agreed to do a hands on
training on Saturday, Sept 29, at Badger Prairie Park. Registration is
limited to 20 people from 8:30- 10, and if that fills up, 20 people
from 10:15-11:45. The cost is $15.00 for Madison Nordic Ski Club
