Wheel and Sprocket Nordic Ski Training Day

Get together! Get motivated! Get in shape fast! Make every movement count
for this ski season!
-- Learn better ski technique: classic or skate
-- Try strength exercises that make a difference
-- Try a flexibility routine that prevents injury
-- Learn dryland drills you can do at home to improve technique
-- Learn specific rollerski exercises to improve technique and strength
-- Try specific hill-bounding routines that create more power!

Schedule:
9 am: Meet at the North Shelter for registration and greeting.
9:30 - noon: Begin with stretching and specific strength exercises in
groups. Start drills and technique work on land.
noon - 1 pm: Lunch provided. Bring an extra snack and water just in case!
1 pm - 3 pm: Rollerski training in small groups (for those who have
rollerskis). Hill bounding and more technique work mixed with drill and
strength work (all dryland).

Day instruction fee (lunch is included): $40. (Does not include a $2
Waukesha County park fee.)
