Snow & Trail Conditions at The Telemark Lodge New Snow: 0 inches Surface snow: 2 - 5 inches KM Open: 53 KM Trackset: 40 KM Skate Groomed: 53 KM Hours: 9 am to 4 pm Approximately 53 KM of the Telemark/North End/Kortelopet 65 KM trail system have been groomed for skating. This includes the Birkebeiner Loops, Tony Wise Trail, John Bauer Trail (to Kortelopet split), Kortelopet Trail (rolled from start to 9 KM), Berard Connection, North End Trail, Bill Koch Trail, Sven Wiik, Caldwell and Marty Hall World Cup trails. Approxiamately 40 KM of classical tracks have been set on the Birkie Loops, Tony Wise Trail, North End Trail, World Cup Sven Wiik and Caldwell Trail and the Kortelopet Trail from 9 KM to 23 KM. Tracks are thin in a few sections but very good in most sections. Trails are in good to very good condition. The Tubing Slope is open. The Snowboarding Slope is open. The Snowshoe Trails are open. |
