Hi! Just wanted to let you know that there are 3 spots remaining in this summer's training program. Another weekday workout will be added to the schedule in addition to the Tues/Thurs workouts. This may help some of you who have conflicts. I've heard really good reports about the training program that Yuriy is running in Wisc. Rapids now. Join us this summer! It's a great opportunity ! Dale Niggemann is also holding an Enduro rollerski course this Saturday,April 20. at Pinnacle Health and Fitness. Start time is 10a.m. Cost: $30.
