In both case I only see messages coming from the time I ran updatenode <nodename> -P which does run fine. As far as I can tell it is not that the postscripts fail but they are not run at all after the install is finished. All I am seeing now is install reboot finish the install run postbootscript At no point are the postscripts run. I am not saying failling, I am saying not being run at all.
