sorry to have taken that long to come back to this but as it happens it is not currently on the top of my TODO list. It looks like the postscripts are not run because a postbootscript is stuck. IBMhpc.postbootscript to be precise. Once I figure why it doesn't want to run I am expecting thing to go smoothly again.
