Hi,

there is a bug in PXE in 6.2 that has several problems. I've seen fails to 
install and fails to boot after install.

The solution for me was to replace the /tfpboot/pxelinux.0 with one from an 
older distro, 5.x for example. Just extract
that file from an older rpm, or copy it from you 5.5 xCAT server.
