I thought it was likely that most testing was done with xnba - which is why I
was not particularly surprised when that worked and pxe did not.
Just curious: if xCAT has it's own version of pexlinux.0 why doesn't pxe.pm
copy that to /tftpboot instead of the one in the OS version of syslinux?

FYI, most testing is on 'noderes.netboot=xnba', which skips pxelinux.0 entirely
in most cases, and an xcat bundled version of syslinux when it is used (esxi
deployment for example).
