Hello Gilad,

configure with makedhcp

stop dhcpd,

rm the lease file (/var/lib/dhcp/db/dhcpd.lease I guess - but the service has
to be down!)

restart dhcpd

This should help.

Best regards,

    Bert Wiegers

Subject: [xcat-user] makedhcp -d does not work

Hello,

for some reason the makedhcp -d <nodename> simply do not work for us. it simply
do not erase all the
node entry (one even one sometime) from the dhcp.leases file.
xCAT 2.7.4, other than that i don't really know what other info is needed,
simply not working right.

thx!
