Does the custom password fail to work? Looks like it was trying to assure user 2 was administrator (in this case, looks like that was already the case, so that's harmless. The command to explicitly enable the LAN channel is failing, but that's probably harmless.
Might want to ssh in, edit bmcsetup to add '-x', rerun. There's some ambiguity (password set code called incidently to try to disable users, for example) so I'm not positive that the BMC reported failure on the actual important set.
