I seem to be falling into the routine to use the following function for cp 
commands.  I have noticed that when using the nodeset command the reader is not 
cleared and when using the rnetboot the image is activated but the node is not 
ipled.  If I use the vmcp version of the commands they work.  I think it is 
related to the following function which I did manually.  We are at z/VM level 
6.2.

smcli xCAT_Commands_IUO -T XCATPRD1 -c "CMD=PURGE $userId RDR ALL"
Executing PURGE,FLASHCOPY,or SEND CP Command ... Failed
  Return Code: 900
  Reason Code: 12
  Description: Specified function does not exist
