archives file which is hard link would fail for both from 'NFS

not work around this issue by archive the file to local disk

Then the most possible solution
will be to supply the fixed cpio rpm package by xCAT

encounter this issue. We need to estimate the impacted scope
of this defect in the cpio rpm.
