Are you running makedns on the Management node or a node that xCAT installed.
What we run is /usr/bin/selinuxenabled to test in makedns. Run it your self on the node, and echo $?. If it returns 0 , it says SELinux is enabled. http://linux.die.net/man/8/selinuxenabled. Lissa K. I just didn't reboot and I think the context was already switched to permissive ... Thanks a lot, but there are no problems regarding selinux for me. As you could see the selinux warning appeared with and without the '-n' switch. But the later set up an working dns environment. I'm running xCAT with selinux disabled. Thanks Jing for updating the wiki.
