I agree with Lissa and think that your nodehm table looks wrong.

You need to fill in the username and password fields. Also the username is
the BMC IMM2 userid and password which by default is USERID and PASSW0RD
(with a zero).
So changing the table to this may resolve it:

#node,bmc,bmcport,taggedvlan,bmcid,username,password,comments,disable
"rr-sand12","10.45.1.12",,,,"USERID","PASSW0RD",,

Note that I moved the fields over to align with username and password.
