As Bruce replied, xCAT does not support deploying images into a WPAR. However, you say you are not able to create new LPARs as storage disks are full. Do you have enough other resources (i.e. memory, vlans) to create additional DISKLESS LPARs on your server? If so, then you can use xCAT to deploy diskless OS images to those LPARs.
