I'm not sure why an update would have disabled cipher suite 2. You can either turn it back on (ipmitool lan set 1 cipher_privs XaaaXXXXXXXXXXX) or install on the management node(s) perl-Crypt-Rijndael/perl-Crypt-CBC.
