Yeah, looking at their list of supported processors PPC architectures are only supported for various OpenSUSE releases and Ubuntu 14.04 at the moment. https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Build_Service_supported_build_targets#Supported_processor_platforms Also note that Debian testing isn't supported by OBS so you can't generate packages to test for support of the next release of Debian (though with Jessie only out recently that's not likely to be an issue for a year or two yet).
