Unfortunately it looks like support for RHEL 5 was dropped in the xCAT
2.9.x series, and you're seeing a requirement on a feature of rpm which
is not in the version in RHEL5.

xCAT 2.8.5 will (I suspect) be the latest version you'll be able to run
there.
